Recently, I am under a very powerful influence of modern rock, punk and hardcore bands and the artwork they use for their CDs, posters etc. (stay tuned for inspiration post on the matter, I’m preparing one very soon!), mostly because “Young Cardinals”, a single from “Old Crows / Young Cardinals”, new CD by Alexisonfire. As my readers might remember, on the flow of inspiration, I’ve created my recent wallpaper – The Blood Has Been Shed. Now, it’s time for the newest work. Ladies and gentlemen, I present you with We Own The Sky, another widescreen wallpaper for your personal enjoyment!
If you like what you see, you can appreciate my work on my Behance portfolio. The full (1920×1200) version for widescreen monitors is available on my Flickr profile. As usual, if you have any comments or thoughts about this piece, drop me a comment or feel free to leave me a note on Twitter.

If you’re interested in the process of redesigning the blog itself, read after the jump.
