As my regular readers probably noticed, the blog got terribly quiet lately, mostly because I couldn’t get my mind around blogging recently. There are few reasons for that and I thought I kinda owe it to my readers after such a long break in regular blogging. Ready? Here is the list of reasons:
Reason #1: I got married
Yep, it happened. Gosia and I got married on 22nd August at 5pm in a local church. After that we had an awesome wedding party that lasted until 5am and we were all tired, but happy next day. After that, we started to move in to our new apartment where we live now and if you live on your own, you know how setting things up in your new home eats up your free time. I didn’t blog mostly because I had more important things to do like decorating the apartment, buying basics like a TV set, etc.
Reason #2: I’m really busy
I have few new projects starting both in Lunar Logic Polska and my personal work and I’m working closely with one international publishing house, because they want to include my works in their upcoming design inspiration book. They found my site somehow, jumped to my profile on Behance, found some interesting things for them to show and now they want to print it out, alongside with a bit of information about me as a designer. I feel really awesome with that and I’m spending lots of time preparing things so they will look perfect in the book. I will most likely get one copy free when it’s out so I’ll shout out here and on Twitter, when I’ll get it.
Reason #3: Banksy has been extended
As you know, I extended my Banksy book giveaway mostly because there was no buzz I expected when it gone live for the first time and I’m trying to make some more real buzz this time. So, if you want to be the lucky person to get free copy of Banksy’s “Wall and Piece” book, you can still enter the contest by Tweeting and commenting the post. The winner will be finally chosen on October the 1st, even if I’d have to pick one of eight, like it is now, so be prepared.
And, that’s all. Hopefully now you know what’s going on and I promise I will try to write more regularily when my life gets back on stable, slower tracks. Cheers!
