Are you a fan of graffiti, street/stencil art and Banksy? If yes, today is your lucky day – I will be giving away one copy of “Wall And Piece”, illustrated, commented album with Banksy’s greatest works – old and new. Here’s what Amazon has to say about the book:

Rules of engagement

As said before, you can win one copy of Banksy’s “Wall And Piece” by entering the competition on the blog. I have exactly one copy of the book, since it’s a self-funded giveaway, so only one lucky person will get it. The book is a hardcover edition (paperbacks suck) that you will be getting straight from Amazon, the only difference is – I will pay for it, including shipping.

To take a part in the competition, you need to follow the rules as given below:

  • You need to add me to your followed list on Twitter
  • You need to retweet the link to this post using either one of the methods in the post (Tweetmeme button on top, Tweet button below) or your own Twittering method, mentioning my Twitter ID (@dotmariusz) – it will let me track who has retweeted to put your name on the list of participants)
  • You need to drop me a comment below, telling me why do you want the book so badly, with your Twitter ID attached (so I know if you met the requirements listed here)
  • Each participant is allowed to take part only once.
  • If you’ll be the lucky girl or guy to win, I will contact you on Twitter with few questions, including your address to ship the book to and via which Amazon you’d feel most comfortable to ship through (Europe, USA etc.)
  • The deadline might be extended if there’s not enough participants to provide a fair competition.

That’s basically it. Seems easy? Then, go ahead and tweet, comment and so on. The deadline for the competition is 1st of September, when I will announce the lucky winner on my Twitter profile.

UPDATE: Due to small amount of participants before 1st of September (the deadline), the giveaway will be extended until 1st October. Get your Banksy on!

The giveaway is self-funded, opposed to being sponsored, so the quantity of prizes are usually limited. If any company reading this would like to offer up some similar prizes for advertising and marketing purposes, then please get in contact.
