So, it’s Friday again and it’s time for more Friday Twitter recommendations and design finds in our new column, TGIF! As usual, I’m gonna start off with Twitter #followfriday recommendations and then move to design and interesting finds for the weekend, taken directly from my Twitter followers and other sources!
#followfriday recommendations

- @rutiso
- Max R. Scheer, known on Twitter as @rutiso is a designer and art director based in Berlin. His life quote that he has set in his Twitter background is “Work hard, know your tools, support your friends, be critical and curious” – and that’s basically it. You don’t need more words to describe who is Max – he’s honest, critical, tell you if he doesn’t like something, but always will help you get better outcome. Really cool guy.

- @nlupus
- Sasha Kovaliov, a. k. a. @nlupus is a sales and social media specialist based in Minsk, Belarus. Friendly, positive thinker, pragmatic, constructive in his criticism. If you’re looking for someone who shares lots of useful social web organizing tools and is available to have a simple chit-chat with you, you’re at the right guy to follow.

- @krftd
- Krftd is an awesome lifestyle, design and inspiration magazine based in Singapore. If you’re into art, design, fashion and lifestyle, Krftd is the place to go for quality articles, reviews and interesting stuff. Highly recommended.

- @davidairey
- David Airey, designer based in Northern Ireland and the founder of LogoDesignLove blog, and his ramblings on design, spec work, branding and more. Apart from that, great guy, great follow and an awesome creative. If you’re into logo and brand design, you can also check his professional profile at @LogoDesignLove. Great stuff.
Now, it’s time for the second part of the usual TGIF post, interesting stuff found all over the web.
Design & interesting finds
- Andy Clarke – First Impressions of Typekit from For A Beautiful Web, Clarke’s blog

- Work from the MA Typeface Design 2009 Class from University of Reading

That would be all for this Friday. If you’d like to get more information, more cool links and more Twitter love, feel free to follow me at @dotmariusz. Hope you liked the post and – once again – have a great weekend!
On a side note, I’d like to say sorry to @grazianopl for putting a typo in his Twitter login last week – I fixed it as soon as I noticed it – of course it’s @grazianopl not .pl…

Thanks a lot, Mariusz! Enjoy your weekend, buddy.
Mariusz, thanks a lot for the positive feedback! Glad that I made it to your list :)
I like the new design very much ;)
Thanks for the kinds words buddy!
@Sasha: to be honest, I’m already working on improving and changing this design a bit, based on what I have now (more of re-aligning and cleaning up than a full blown redesign, but still…)
Maiusz, I’m a bit jealous that I can’t do that myself. Yet :) Will try to revive what I knew about CSS and HTML.
