Few days ago, I have created a new, grungy, typography-heavy wallpaper called “The Blood Has Been Shed”. Originally, it is a widescreen (1920×1200) single screen wallpaper that has been done during my Frank Miller inspiration phase. The typography refers to the metalcore band Blood Has Been Shed which I listened to while creating this. More or less, this is just an explosion of creative juices that had to be funneled somewhere and a test, how well does VAL font perform inside an illustration.
